Homeowners who install a safe room in their home or a shelter on their property after January 21, 1999 are eligible to receive a rebate of 50% of the installation cost, not to exceed $1,000.  One rebate per individual for perpetuity.  Contact Rick Covert at 479-667-4909 for more information.
